Kishin was approached by Kohana with the task of investigating the enemy camp to confirm if Herman Schwarz was amassing an army of mercenaries. Kishin thought about it for a while, considering the dangers and responsibilities involved in such a mission. He knew that if what Kohana suspected was true, it could mean trouble for the tribe and its people. On the other hand, he also knew that he was not exactly the best suited for such a task, as he was not a particularly skilled fighter and was not known for his bravery.

He observed the surrounding area, taking in the lush forests and rolling hills, and the sounds of the river flowing nearby. He noticed the distant sounds of hunting parties, and the distant smoke of cooking fires, all while he considered his options. He then briefly considered the other members of the tribe, who were all engaged in their own tasks and duties.

In the end, Kishin decided to take on the task, but not without a heavy heart. He knew that he was not the best candidate for such a mission, but he also knew that it was important and that he was one of the few who could do it. He set out, walking through the forest and eventually arriving at the enemy camp. He approached cautiously, observing from a safe distance and trying to confirm if there was indeed an army being assembled.

Kishin's mood was heavy as he completed his task, he couldn't shake off the feeling of unease and worry. Despite his lack of magical abilities and fighting skills, he felt a sense of maturity and responsibility towards the tribe. He knew he had to report back to Kohana with what he had seen, and that the future was uncertain. As he made his way back to the tribe, he couldn't help but feel a sense of gloomy unease, knowing that things were about to get a lot more difficult.

As Kishin had approached the mercenary camp in Aina Forest, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease still, and was suddenly ambushed by Keanu. Annoying man really had to do that? Kishin didn't feel like he was close enough to Keanu to have him play such a prank. Shook, Kishin was directed by Keanu closer to the objective at least. The camp was situated amidst the dense trees and undergrowth, a rough and makeshift settlement that looked as though it had been quickly erected. The ground was littered with fallen leaves and twigs, and the nearby bushes rustled with the movements of small animals.

The camp was surrounded by a makeshift palisade, a barrier made of sharpened branches that had been driven into the ground to keep out any unwanted visitors. The palisade was rough and irregular, with gaps and spaces that could be used as entry points. A few sentries were visible, patrolling the perimeter with a wary eye, their weapons at the ready.

In the center of the camp was a large fire pit, surrounded by stones and logs that served as seats. A few men could be seen cooking and eating, their laughter and conversation filling the air. The smell of roasting meat mixed with the scent of the forest, creating a unique and somewhat unsettling atmosphere.

The tents in the camp were pitched haphazardly, with a few large ones set aside for the leaders and the rest for the soldiers. The tents were made of heavy canvas and had been erected on flat patches of ground, surrounded by the trees and undergrowth. The flaps of the tents were open, and Kishin could see the shapes of men moving about inside, their silhouettes distorted by the flickering light from the fire pit.

The camp was alive with activity, with mercenaries going about their business and preparing for battle. The sound of clanging metal filled the air, as men trained with their weapons and honed their skills. Some were practicing archery, while others engaged in hand-to-hand combat, the sound of their grunts and shouts echoing through the forest.

The mercenaries themselves were a rough-looking lot, dressed in a variety of armor and clothing, with weapons of all shapes and sizes strapped to their bodies. They were muscular and battle-hardened, their faces marked with scars and tattoos. Despite their rough appearance, there was a sense of military discipline and organization to their movements, as though they were all part of a well-oiled machine.

Overall, the mercenary camp in Aina Forest was a place of contrasts, where the beauty of the forest was mixed with the harsh reality of war. It was a place of preparation, where men were training and gearing up for the fight to come, and the air was thick with the sense of danger and uncertainty.

As Kishin stood at the edge of the mercenary camp, he couldn't help but wonder why the mercenaries had come to the Aina Forest. What could they possibly want from the tribe? They were well-equipped and well-trained, and it was clear that they had come with a purpose.

He thought about the rumors he had heard, of the wealthy man Herman Schwarz amassing an army of mercenaries in order to attack the natives. Could it be true? Was he really so desperate for power and wealth that he would resort to violence against a peaceful tribe? Regardless, Kishin doesn't know all the monetary factors to make too many judgements.

Kishin couldn't help but think about the consequences of such an attack firstly. The tribe was not equipped to defend itself against a well-trained army, and the thought of innocent people being hurt or killed filled him with dread. He knew that he had to do something for his client, to try and prevent the attack if possible.

He also thought about the motives of the mercenaries themselves. Were they simply hired thugs, willing to do the bidding of whoever paid them the most? Or did they have their own agendas, their own reasons for being in the forest?

Kishin couldn't be sure, but one thing was clear: the situation was dangerous, and he needed to be careful. He couldn't simply charge in and confront the enemy head-on, not without knowing more about what he was up against. He needed to gather information, to try and confirm the rumors and find out the truth.

As he stood there, lost in thought, Kishin couldn't shake the feeling of unease that had settled in his chest. He was aware of the danger, but he also knew that he couldn't simply ignore the situation. He was no hero, but he couldn't stand by and do nothing while innocent people were in peril.

With a heavy heart, Kishin made his decision. He would gather future information, and do what he could to prevent the attack. The road ahead was uncertain, but he was determined to do what was right, no matter the cost.

Kishin and Keanu approached the mercenary camp closer, the younger warrior leading the way. In times like this, Kishin didn't mind someone else going first to take risks. Unless it was absolutely necessary, Kishin didn't need to flaunt his lack of ability. As they got closer, the scale of the enemy forces became apparent. There were dozens of mercenaries, all well-equipped and armed, and it was clear that they had come with a purpose.

Suddenly, Kishin and Keanu were spotted by a patrol group of mercenaries. They called out a warning, and Kishin realized that they had been ambushed. The two warriors quickly sprang into action, drawing their items and preparing to fight.

The mercenary guards were no match for the two skilled fighters. Kishin and Keanu worked in tandem, their movements well-coordinated as they took out the guards with ease. Despite their training, the mercenaries were no match for the two warriors, and soon the battle was won.

With the threat neutralized, Kishin and Keanu made their way back to the tribe to report on what they had seen. They found Kohana waiting for them, eager to hear their report.

"What did you see?" she asked, her voice filled with concern.

"There are a large number of mercenaries in the camp," Kishin reported. "They are well-equipped and well-trained, and it's clear that they have come with a purpose. We were ambushed by a patrol group, but we were able to take them out and escape without incident."

Kohana listened intently, nodding in understanding. "This is serious," she said. "We must prepare for an attack. I will send a message to the other tribes, and we will gather our forces. You two have done a great service to the tribe. I will see to it that you are properly rewarded."

And with that, Kishin and Keanu were given their reward, and they went on their way, their mission accomplished. The two warriors had stood their ground and defeated their enemies, and they were hailed as heroes by the tribe, for now.
