CompanionSaturn was at his desk when the new orders came down, something about having him go out and about rather than sit behind some table. He thought it amusing that they could be so controlling; telling a demi-god [or demon now he supposed] where they should go and how they should do things. He always went with what his gut or heart said. But something in the message made him feel as though it was the right choice. Talking to some of his recruits and some of his officers the Major set up an easy way to communicate with him if need be. They had a good fix on his magical aura even from a distance so it’d be easy to find him.
He didn’t need much or even really needed to say much to some of his people; they were autonomous at best. But a part of him felt… weird. Leaving the rune knight headquarters and central behind was a first for him in many moons. It felt like he practically lived here his whole fiore experience.
Humming a tune to himself as he walked through the gates, he’d check the map he had purchased from one of the vendors. He was to go south and check in with one of the many outposts in that region before doing anything else. He felt that was unnecessary so he just started walking along. The tune still carrying as he took a bite out of some food he had purchased from the city…
Moving on from a home he had stayed with for nearly half a year. It was a crazy sensation to him moving such a small distance and it feeling so… big?
