Erebus used the last two years to pick up missions as he always would, while also searching for clues towards the whereabouts of the Midnight Cult and where he might find them. Nothing particularly great happens to Erebus, he is jailed a handful of times— it led to renown in lesser jail rats who began to legacy in his image as hero-criminals. Erebus liked shaping the minds of rotten men and refining them for natural perseverance, he even felt at ease behind bars unable to be defeated or picked on truly, a fresh vibe that elevated his ego, like being home. Erebus adjusted to the status, ‘Above Law & Natural Order’ in the prison systems.

Eventually he would just break out when he felt necessary. The Nightmare has numerous pending convictions going on to this day and heavy prohibitions towards owning land or real estate, the mage-rogue was thought to have assassinated multiple prominent figures in just two years and more than a dozen murders in the prison system are related to his person. Tired of playing games, his time was up and Erebus let himself grow, he grew a face of stubble which seemed to tell others he was approaching his late twenties.

Erebus marches for Eternal Nightmare in X794, after spending six months in distant lands. It’s rumored he’s been there underground working on something with a dwarf in a penchant for technology. He learned of the connection from an inmate and through extensive work they’ve cultivated a new fighting style for the Nightmare. Which involves the use of tech and magic as one.

Erebus braces for the future, now protected by his Secret Champion.

Although Esperia had hoped to spend the future away from all the adventurous chaos that Earthland had to offer, to simply spend the peaceful days alongside her beloved wife and family seemingly was a dream too far-fetched. It all began when a mysterious messenger revealed to her that several of the ancient vampire houses were engaged in a conflict of sorts. If anything, to Esperia it sounded more like a political game, with a violent backdrop: Considering most of the houses their origins can be found in the households of the thirteen who betrayed their predecessors and were cursed by their God-King Cain.

Among those houses there are certain vampires that are often revered, some would consider it akin to nobility among the vampires, for those select few can trace their origins back to the original bloodline of their God-King, a feat only the thirteen are able to claim... or do they?

When Esperia was first approached by the mysterious girl called 'Khay', she didn't know what to think: Although her unique abilities made it easy to perceive the girl's tale as truthful, it didn't made it any easier to come to terms with the tale: The history of Nebuchad, the birthplace of vampirism, a civilization doomed by betrayal and greed. And Khay? She was one of the Nine, one of the few, possibly even a lone survivor of the betrayal at the hands of her children.

Despite her best efforts to keep other vampires in the dark about its existence, the recent rumors about vampires possessing Cain's blood had caused a surge of interest in the various households who wanted to attain the allegiance of those select few for their own purposes.

While Khay might had not been the most selfless in her intentions, she did act with a certain honesty Esperia found refreshing: Khay was quick to reveal the reason she had approached Esperia was in the hope of serving as a mentor to the girl, to teach her about the ancient secrets of Nebuchad and the intrigues of the vampire houses.

Khay's desire to restore Nebuchad to its former glory was a idealistic dream, she knew that much herself anytime she thought back about the submerged ruins, but she also felt that the current nature of their society was a pale shadow of the glorious days of Nebuchad.

Cursed by betrayal most vampires had been forced to stay hidden in the shadows, or move under the darkness of the night, the traditions and rites of old were gone, in a way it might had been partly due to how the cursed state of the thirteen had led to the vampires their blood to become 'impure', they were weaker than before, but also had shunned away from ancient teachings.

They thought themselves superior to others, and became both a terror and blight upon civilization to the point the term 'vampire' was commonly associated with a blood-sucking monster, a mockery of their glorious existence in the past.

Nonetheless, as a vampire Khay lacked the ability to create a household, it took much more time for her to be able to properly convert someone, during the same time one of the thirteen could create an entire house, she could only turn maybe one or two individuals. They could easily dominate through sheer numbers.

But an opportunity was found, Khay had observed Esperia in utmost secrecy and believed that despite possessing the Blood of Cain like the original Nine, she was likely capable of turning others into vampires with the same ease as the thirteen could, should she align herself with Khay, she could create a household that could stand against this mockery of Nebuchad's legacy.

Yet, despite Esperia's willingness to train under Khay to master her vampiric powers, the fact remained she was quite... hesitant to turn others. Not only did she know just how much a normal person could consider vampirism a curse, but were there even any who shared Khay's views?

However, it would be during her trip homeward alongside her lover Valerie that Esperia came forced to acknowledge something. She had just arrived at a village that had burned a vampire at the stake, but after investigating the matter further she realized a rival house had used the vampire as a scapegoat, and said victim was actually a well-mannered vampire that despite their unusual existence tried to coexist with the villagers. Even as he was burned at the stake he refused to go back on his ideals, didn't attack the humans that were carrying out his death sentence despite a minority trying to defend his innocence.

Esperia understood just how different the existence of vampires was seen by the broader audience, and that something had to be done to change things. But was it her responsibility? And if so, what could she possibly do?

Time-Skip: A Guildmaster's duty never ends. Though that's not to say they don't need vacations every now and then... And what better choice of vacations than to finally meet the family of her beloved wife, with two beautiful new daughters in their arms? Between her personal and professional life, with her regular training in the mix, one might think Alisa Vollan wouldn't really have time for much else... Time-Skip: Within the short span of time Atani spent on mainland Fiore, she had made new friends, found unlikely allies, and even started a guild of her own. It finally felt as if her life was coming together. However, one by one, things began to fall apart.

First, Zane left. Despite the rough patch they experienced when she discovered he was a member of Eternal Nightmare, she still came to be unexpectedly fond of the quirky mage. He was the first person she met in Fiore she felt she could truly let go with. And then, she found out he was a Wood Elf just like her... but soon after, despite her agreeing to help him out, he just up and left to the demon realm, never to be heard from again for two years.

Then, there was the matter of Daiko. In the brief time the elf was still in Blue Pegasus, she had witnessed both his death-- a death she had failed to prevent even with her strongest of spells-- and his rebirth. The ordeal served as a catalyst that unlocked some of her memories that were once sealed behind closed doors. From there, everything began to crumble to dust.

She remembered once being called Kerii. She remembered caring for people like Daiko. But more importantly, she remembered failing them when it mattered most. Those memories were still in fragments, but there were enough pieces for her to know why she left Fiore in the first place. There was a certain darkness in the elf that was beyond her control. She warned Lee of this before, but Atani feared she didn't express the severity of the situation enough to her.

Atani knew LeeAnn said she would be there whenever she needed help, but now that the elf knew the truth, she couldn't let her friend be involved when she had an entire guild to run. And so, the mage did the same thing she did all those years ago. She fled to Athalran to find her ground and quell whatever darkness lurked within her soul.

Two years later, she returned to Astera, to the guild she had temporarily abandoned... but not by choice. Something else called her home.

Time-Skip: Coming off of a long stint in Orchidia, Seika had essentially been left out to dry due to the long string of desertions and disappearances. Frustrated at the lack of new recruits and the terrible reports of increasing crime throughout Fiore, Seika had made his way back to Era to talk with whoever was left to determine who or what should be done with the current deteriorating situation. His arrival to Headquarters was marked by the escape of multiple inmates who had recently been arrested as well as several prominent criminals who had been arrested months or even years earlier.

Upon finally meeting with @Jove Augustus, he promptly began to explain the situation as well as the dire circumstances that had befallen the once great organization. With the two of them being the highest ranking members of the Rune Knights left to uphold the King's will, proxy Kingsguard powers had been granted to the both until they both either achieved the rank or another Knight had ascended to the already vacant and recently vacant positions. The two disagreed heavily on how they should proceed with Seika advocating for reducing the status of the Light Guilds to Neutral Unaffiliated guilds as they no longer supported the King's will. Jove's suggestion equally didn't receive support from Seika as he felt it was too light of a sentence in dealing with the situation.

Eventually the two came to agreement that at the very least the Rune Knights should be reorganized and that they should reopen recruitment to bolster their forces in the separate regions. They also recalled many others who were working abroad to shore up their defenses in the Central region. From there, the two would split with Seika moving forward to focus on the North and the West, ensuring that everything would be ready before he left for Baska to meet with his 'brother'.

With that done, the two months that he and @Khalfani had set for each other had passed in a blur and with the meeting of Daisai and the subsequent meeting with Sol and Amun-Ra, Seika was able to grasp and understand his new place in the world as well as the plan that Sol had for him. Amun-Ra was able to aid in this plan by pointing out the various structures that were left out in the sands by the people of Deseirto long before the creeping sands swallowed the surrounding lands entirely. Great Tombs and hidden caches of knowledge that had fallen to time were left to be found by those who would brave the great perils that surrounded the Central City. Armed with this knowledge and purpose, Seika returned to his brother and his brother's retainer and left to Deseirto to begin his trial to prove his worth.

Spending the remainder of the year in the Desert sands fundamentally changed Seika. Experiencing his patron gods power first hand as he blasted through hordes and hordes of monsters to provide aid to his people, he slowly grew in prowess as well as importance to his people. Eventually he was brought before the Pharaoh alongside his brother and his brother's Retainer, someone who had spent a lot of time as a liaison between him and Khalfani due to the distance between the two. After listening to the story of what had happened to the both of them, as well as mourning the loss of his Mother, and the assumed loss of his Father, Seika professed his goal to end the darkness and disaster surrounding the lands.

With his goal stated, he returned to the sands, and continued his work to uncover the various tombs and discover the source of the scourge that plagued Deseirto.

Time-Skip: Over the two years, Tempris went on a journey to better understand herself and her faith to Illumin. So much has changed and it was time she tackled the cold memories she avoided for so many years. On her mission, she ventured to Iceberg to learn more about her family and the events around it. While in Iceberg, Tempris also battled the cold for months while practicing her worship of Illumin. It was here where she came too with her cold past and the truth scope of her mission. Tempris was shaken but her foundation only grew stronger.

With the truth revealed, Tempris traveled around the world cleansing those in need and the suffering in sparking holy fire. She met with many people of varying denominations and learned more about faith and how to better free people. Still, no matter how many people she helped, there was always more people suffering, more people injecting sin into the world. She knew she could not give up but she now had more questions than when she started the journey.

Time-Skip: Taking some of what he learned, Nathaniel witnesses a great number of magics and skills in the land of Fiore. He opted to return home to Enca to train, burying himself inside the wilderness with a new purpose and goal in mind. He wanted to share what he had learned to the rest of his tribe and inform them of the wonders on the other side of the continent.

Nathaniel developed disciplined routines in his study of his own martial and magical abilities. Upon hearing Leeann mention the power of wind make, he set out to figure it out for himself.

During his travels he met with many of the elders from Enca he could out of respect and to educate himself on Encan history. He spent time in small villages and with nomads, becoming a bit nomadic himself in the process, all the while representing the Infinity Wolves to the best of his ability. He took on small tasks and mighty ones, gaining a few new scars on his body in the process.

The last two years were good to him, he felt like he became a man, found himself and a purpose. He was excited to return home and meet up with everyone again.

Time-Skip: It seemed Judith’s time was more spent doing a fair amount of background work, Learning and studying more to expand the various things she had already been working on, Judith had been more interested in bolstering and improving the lives of her guild members. For as much as self improvement was a good thing, The lessons that she could teach others were far more important to her. While managing her normal hours at Fairy Tail, She focused on making sure any other plans she was working towards were met, Such as a promised wine delivery to Alisa Vollan of Blue Pegasus, Attending the Wedding of Karisa and Kazimir. Judith kept herself as a watcher of things in the background until she needed to do anything else. She did however start improving her house, improving the Fairy Tail guild house and expanding upon the storage for the kitchen and drink supply, For Judith’s personal hope for the guild to gain more members. Not remarkable But Judith kept herself busy somewhat, while slowing down to make sure to spend time home.

Time-Skip: Miriko over the two years attempted many things with in her everyone desire to learn and expand her skills for the means to see what else she could do to expand the amount of things she could learn to create more art, First one of note on her own was wood carving in which she failed horribly not too long after for she ended up getting too nervous to keep control of the tools and hurt herself, Not too horribly but still hurt herself and then kept in mind that it was better to never attempt wood carving again. Eventually Miriko did continue to travel around the lands to continue studying, drawing and painting what she learned from visiting the lands and other nations. Even picking up some cloth to use to make clothing was just put off because she was distracted visiting other nations. Time-Skip: The first month of the last two years Amir found himself traveling to North Fiore. Amir had to find the biggest library in the Kingdom and learn all that he could. It was a strange compulsion that drove him to do it. Amir made it to and practically started to live at the Spiral Library. At any point for a year and a half you can find Amir at the library with a book. The librarians even offered him a job. He turned down the job but accepted their friendship. The main focus of study was on the various magic elements and their interactions with one another, as well as a deep study on mana itself.

Amir was not all focus and study. His down time had him reading history books. He was taken up with the tales of the Nine Heroes, Seven Stalkers, and even the rumors of some dragons. The spiral had a lot of information that Amir had to take time to disseminate. He made it back to Astera and is training to make his magic practical.

Time-Skip: Over the past two years, Dainn has been making himself more acquainted with the way the country of Fiore worked. Learning the language slowly - the FSL (Fiorian Sign Language) as well on top of the actual language, so he could speak more freely to the fellow guild friends he had made before these new years came into existence. Along with learning the language, Dainn had also taught his mother, and his mother had settled in well to the guild, getting along with the rest of the people, caring for the children that sometimes ran around, even going as far as to babysit LeeAnn’s daughter as well. Other than learning the language, Dainn had overall decided to help the community around him with day to day odd jobs.

On fourth different months throughout and spread over the two years, Diann and his mother would also slither off to Seven, to pay their respects to the lost relatives of the Ophidian clan, as well as letting him reminiscence in the country he could’ve grown up in, and revel in the wonders of how well known the clan was within area of Seven that his mother was from.

The only thing that Dainn still had not quite got down over the couple of years was using his actual voice instead of a notebook or sign language. After all, trauma is a hard thing to overcome and rid the grasping chains that bind a person down tightly forever.

Time-Skip: Now that east Fiore was well under his influence, Caius decided to take his business over to central Fiore. It was a bold move being home of the capital and magic council but he lived for the danger. Being the safest area, the demographic was mostly the wealthy upper class so he would be happy to take their jewels off their hands. Rich people sure loved their drugs and child slaves. It also would serve as a middle ground to expand in any direction he saw fit so the gamble was worth the risk.

Though he mostly focused on his business for two years, he still made time for his guild, Eternal Nightmare. He only intended to use them at first but he found most of the members shared a common interest. Monty holds a key to Solomon's whereabouts. Leaving several members in charge of the guild, she went on a personal trip to find her brother. Hikaru had been quiet for years now and she wanted to find him, but rumors spread about him being MIA. This tugged on her heart strings. LeeAnn spent six months in an out of the guild going on trips all over Earthland to find answers to Solomon's wereabouts, her older brother, and Ragtime's traces.

While she was in Joya, she came across another spiritual connection. A silver and orange fox glistened in the moonlight. LeeAnn followed it out of curosity. Upon finding it stopped at some old tomb, the fox revealed herself to be a full spirit with some resentment for her. Her power caused Caspien and Monty to be revealed. She was named Venny. The confrontation caused LeeAnn to be forced into a coma for seven months due to the huge amount of magical power in the battle.

Time-Skip: At the beginning of the timeskip, Jove traveled with his new friend Nuala to her homeland of Savannah. The two had initially bonded over their ties to Demon kind, though when Jove helped her put her past to rest, the two became much closer. While Nuala intended to stay in the country for quite a while, Jove stayed for only a few months. During the time away from Fiore he developed quite a nice tan, but also reflected on what it was he wanted. His avoidance of work had become, well, work. It felt as if by eliminating his need to control the situations around him, he was forced into more and more labor. Through this self assessment, and by discussing his ambitions with Nuala, he came to understand that he'd need to begin to take a bit more control of his own life, and to fully utilize his position within the Rune Knights.

Returning home, it wasn't long before he was called into a meeting with King Reign and Seika. Seika had used this time to advocate heavily for all current Light Guilds to be given the status of Neutral Guilds, believing they had failed in their duties as such. Jove disagreed, pointing out that the Light Guilds technically needed to only heed the call of the King, and other than that did not need to affiliate themselves with the matters of the Law. He argued that it was the job of the Rune Knights to enforce the law of the land, and the Light Guilds had done nothing wrong. Jove did not get emotionally attached to the issue, but it became clear that this disagreement infuriated Seika greatly. At the end of the day, the two agreed that the Rune Knights needed to be bolstered, and that they would have to work together to increase their power.

Understanding that Captain-Commander was not far off, and by connection Kingsguard, Jove decided to begin the process of taking a more active hand in his career. He met often with his new acquaintance Atani, a wood-elf of Infinity Wolves who gave incredibly unique insights into the current plight of Fiore. He met with his points of contact within the criminal underbelly of the country, trying to understand how the underworld was shaping itself. He also made his office hours available for the entirety of his shift, ensuring he could be dragged into any discussions or meetings that called for his attendance.
